Wine Club Membership

– By signing this contract, you agree to the following terms and conditions of the Voulez-Vous Wine Club Membership:
– Membership Fee: A monthly fee of $35 will be charged to the provided credit card.
– Automatic Draft Authorization: You authorize Voulez-Vous to automatically draft the membership fee from your provided credit card on the 15th of each month
– Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day written notice. Upon cancellation, the automatic draft will cease after the final payment
– Changes to Information: You agree to promptly update any changes to your credit card information, address, or contact details to ensure continued service.
– Benefits: As a Voulez-Vous Wine Club member, you will receive; Monthly 4-Pack of limited-edition beers or our featured bottle of wine

• Once a year wine and truffle paring party
• Monthly pick-up party
– Wine and Beers will be picked up from Lady M Bistro monthly. You will be given 2 weeks from the 1st to pick up your order

Voulez-Vous is committed to protecting your personal and payment information. Your details will be kept confidential and secure, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Acceptance
