Cooking Classes

Attend a 2-hour, private cooking lesson with Chef Rosie and 5 other attendees of your choice.  Learn the basics or hone your skills with a one-on-one lesson for you and your guests.  From ingredients, to flavor profiles, to proper cooking techniques, you’ll learn everything you need to know to cook regional Mexican dishes from start to finish.

Chef Rosie will provide all ingredients and equipment needed to make each of you dish. Please note that all purchased packages will be subject to restrictions below.

Join us at 6pm on July 23rd at Provecho Grill for a fun hands-on cooking workshop.

A small private group of 12-15 guests will learn hands-on in our kitchen with Chef Rosie and learn how to make Shrimp Tamales from the Nayarit Region of Mexico and a Peruvian Influenced Ceviche & Hibiscus infused Cocktail.
